Mykola Davydiuk's 2025 Declaration

On June 10, Mykola Davydiuk, a member of parliament from the Holos party, released his electronic declaration for 2025. The document reveals that he owns a 141-square-meter apartment in Kyiv valued at 5.45 million hryvnias. Additionally, Davydiuk has access to a 91.5-square-meter office in the capital and rents a parking space.

Assets and Earnings

Among the declared assets, Davydiuk listed 24 artworks and two antique icons from the 19th century. His collection includes pieces by prominent Ukrainian artists, such as:

  • four paintings by Ivan Marchuk from his series 'Dreams Escape the Shores' and 'New Expressions';
  • works by Oleksandr Roitburd;
  • and Anatolii Kryvolap.

Regarding vehicles, the declaration mentions a 2016 Audi A5 owned by another individual.

Davydiuk is the ultimate beneficiary owner of the Kyiv-based company 'Factor Bureau,' which primarily offers commercial consulting and management services. He also holds the same role for the NGO 'Forum of New Political Leaders,' from which he stepped down on June 4, 2026—just three days after the Central Election Commission confirmed his election as a member of parliament.

According to the declaration, Davydiuk's total income for 2025 amounted to 10.5 million hryvnias. The largest portion—8.9 million hryvnias—came from entrepreneurial activities, while dividends from 'Factor Bureau' contributed 1.3 million hryvnias. His bank accounts hold approximately 2 million hryvnias, alongside foreign currency savings:

  • $1,600,
  • 50 euros,
  • 20 Canadian dollars,
  • and 25 British pounds.

Additionally, accounts contain 60,600 hryvnias and 1 euro, while cash savings total $150,000 and 200,000 hryvnias.

Davydiuk entered parliament replacing Volodymyr Tsybal, whose term was prematurely terminated by the assembly on May 27 after he submitted a personal resignation. Born on July 18, 1988, in the village of Perespa in the Volyn region, Davydiuk graduated from the National Pedagogical University named after Drahomanov with a degree in Spanish language and foreign literature. Since 2011, he has served as director of the analytical center 'Polityka.'

In 2014, Davydiuk ran for the 8th convocation of parliament under the 'Radical Party of Oleh Liashko.' He completed a fellowship at Harvard Kennedy School in 2018. Between 2014 and 2019, he worked as an unpaid assistant to MP Ihor Popov in the 8th convocation of the Verkhovna Rada. In recent years, media outlets have also widely discussed his relationship with Sevhil Musaieva, the editor-in-chief of 'Ukrainska Pravda.'

In 2024, he admitted in an interview that he and Sevhil deeply love and support each other.

Public disclosure of declarations by lawmakers is a key component of transparency in government operations. Under Ukrainian law, deputies are required to submit annual declarations, enabling the public to monitor their income and expenditures. Information about assets, earnings, and business ties can influence voter trust and societal confidence in elected officials.

As Mykola Davydiuk steps into his new role, his recent declaration sheds light on his financial standing and assets. This follows the Central Election Commission's certification of his position, marking a significant moment for the Holos party and the legislative landscape in Ukraine. Understanding the implications of his wealth and connections could provide further insights into his influence as a lawmaker.
