The State Aviation Administration has completely closed the airspace over Donetsk, Luhansk regions, and part of the Kharkiv region for flights since yesterday, following the confirmation of information about the crash of Boeing 777 in Donetsk region.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
A special commission has been established by the government to investigate the Boeing 777 crash. In addition, international aviation safety organizations have expressed their readiness to assist in determining the causes of the Malaysia Airlines aircraft crash on the territory of Ukraine.
Recall that yesterday, a Boeing 777 of Malaysia Airlines was destroyed in the Donetsk region while flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur. There were 298 people on board, including 15 crew members.
It was reported that there were no restrictions on flights at an altitude of 10,000 meters, at which the Boeing 777 was flying.
