Ukrenergo, the national power grid operator, has announced that no emergency power consumption restrictions are planned for Sunday, April 12. The company simultaneously emphasized the critical importance of conscious electricity use. It has called on citizens to conserve energy, particularly during the peak evening hours from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Serhiy Kovalenko, CEO of the energy supply company Yasno, stressed that adhering to conservation guidelines during this period is vital to prevent potential future issues. This call for preparedness comes as Ukraine continues to rebuild its infrastructure following wartime damage. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in a related comment, highlighted nationwide preparations for the coming winter, stating:
