For people who have been imprisoned, it is very important to have support and the opportunity to freely express their feelings. Often, they may have difficulty finding the words and are not always ready to share their experiences.


A crucial role in the healing process is played by the support and patience of loved ones. They can help create a sense of safety and assist in gradually regaining control over one’s life.
