Visit https://portal.pfu.gov.ua using an electronic signature, Diia.Signature, or ID.GOV.UA. In the 'Communications with PFC' section, you will find the 'Appeal' option, where you can send your questions or complaints.
On the main website https://www.pfu.gov.ua/, go to the 'For the public' section, then 'Citizen appeals' and 'Electronic appeal' - fill out the online form for an official request.
You can also write a letter to info@pfu.gov.ua, including your contact details, the essence of the issue, and, if necessary, attach scanned documents.
