Important negotiations regarding a possible ceasefire in Ukraine took place in Berlin. Representatives from Ukraine and the USA discussed this topic for five hours. Key negotiators from Donald Trump's team met with the Chancellor of Germany and the President of Ukraine. According to Bild, they discussed a scenario in which a peace agreement could be reached by Christmas.

After the talks, it was announced that significant progress had been made. The next meeting is scheduled for tomorrow. The Ukrainian side has so far refrained from commenting on the outcomes of the negotiations.

Attack on Dnipropetrovsk Region

On the night of December 15, Russian terrorists carried out bombardments in the Dnipropetrovsk region, damaging buildings, including the station in Pyatykhatky. The critical and energy infrastructure of the region was also affected.

In Pyatykhatky, the roof, facade, and windows of the station were damaged due to the bombardment. The occupiers used 'shakhed' drones for the strikes. Regional communications are currently in a difficult state, but fortunately, no casualties have been reported.

Explosions in Belgorod

In the evening of December 14, explosions occurred in the city of Belgorod, severely damaging the engineering infrastructure, including the 'Luch' heat and power plant. The governor of the Belgorod region reported that as a result, the city was partially left without electricity.

Prior to the attack, residents were warned about a missile threat. Recovery work on the electricity supply is ongoing, but power outages are still continuing. According to preliminary data, no injuries have been recorded.

Negotiations in Berlin regarding a peace treaty in Ukraine have made significant progress, but the situation remains tense. At the same time, bombardments and explosions in various regions of Ukraine continue to cause damage to buildings and infrastructure, disrupting the lives of peaceful citizens.
