Responsibility of TCC and SP representatives after the war
After the end of the war in Ukraine, a significant wave of citizens' appeals to the courts is expected due to the unlawful actions of representatives of territorial recruitment centers (TCC) and the law enforcement agency (SP). Lawyer Hennadiy Druzenko notes that those TCC workers who violated the law will have to bear responsibility for their actions.
TCCs perform an important function in the country, as they are responsible for mobilization. However, Druzenko emphasizes that unlawful detentions that occurred during the war are criminal offenses. This means that citizens who suffered from the actions of these agencies have the right to protect their interests through legal claims.
Predictions regarding the consequences for TCC
The lawyer also notes that TCCs are obligated to act in accordance with the law, as this is their primary function. He predicts that many employees of the TCC may be held criminally accountable after the war, as citizens begin to actively file lawsuits in courts.
“Many of them will go to jail,” Druzenko emphasizes, pointing out the seriousness of the consequences for those who violated the law while performing their duties.
This situation highlights the importance of adhering to legality during the performance of duties by state authorities, especially in wartime conditions. Citizens' appeals to the courts can become a significant challenge for the justice system, as it involves mass cases that require proper consideration and resolution. The responsibility for the offenses committed during the war can be an important step in restoring trust in state institutions in the post-war period.
