Youth with Stress and Anxiety

For many young people, especially members of Generation Z (Zoomers) - youth born from 1997 to 2012, life is not shaping up as they expected. From ages 20 to 35, young people experience stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. This can be called their 'quarter-life crisis', reports CNBC.

Young people aged 18 to 25 report a lower level of happiness compared to those aged 40-50. Among other reasons for the negative state of youth are the influence of social media. Zoomers face typical challenges of youth - finding themselves, starting careers, independence from parents, and global issues: economic instability, geopolitical conflicts, and climate change. Experts note that this leads to feelings of exhaustion and oppression.
