Today, like every day at 9 a.m., Ukrainians honor the memory of those who died in the Russian-Ukrainian war. Today we want to remember Oleg Tsitlishvili.
Oleg was a special forces policeman who died on November 12, 2024, while performing his duties in the city of Toretsk in Donetsk region. He was born and raised in Smila, studied and served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, then worked in the National Police, participating in anti-terrorist operations in the eastern part of the country.
Due to his courage and dedication, Oleg was posthumously awarded distinctions from the President of Ukraine and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was always a principled and caring person, who will be remembered and honored forever.
