Border guard Oleksandr Vusatyuk died while performing a combat mission in Kharkiv region. He was born in 2004 in the village of Solobkivtsi in the Khmelnytskyi region, - reported by the National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
In 2025, Oleksandr graduated from the Faculty of Law Enforcement with a degree in 'Administrative and Legal Activities.' After graduation, he served in the 10th Mobile Border Detachment 'Dozor' (Kherson).
During the mission in Kharkiv region, Oleksandr protected the group's movement and was struck by an enemy drone. He was known as a strong, resilient, and fair individual, always ready to take on responsibility, - this is how he is described in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
Oleksandr Vusatyuk became one of those whom Ukrainians honor as part of the initiative to remember those who died in the war. His deed and selflessness impressed many, and they continue to remember and honor him.
