Since the start of the year, Ministry personnel have delivered over 23,000 targeted sessions for military personnel recovering from injuries or returning from captivity. Key initiatives under this effort include:

  • Mental Tutor
  • Transformation 4.5.0

Mental Health Care for Service Members

Additionally, the Ministry operates a leading mental health medical center that supports programs for both soldiers and their families. These services are vital for reducing stress, easing reintegration, and promoting overall recovery amid ongoing challenges. By prioritizing psychological care, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is strengthening troop readiness and contributing to national social stability in a time of prolonged conflict.

In addition to the extensive support provided to military personnel, the psychological assistance framework has also reached a wider audience. Recently, police psychologists have offered vital help to 40,000 Ukrainians at heating shelters within just 45 days. This initiative highlights the commitment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to address mental health needs across the country.
