According to employment expert Vitaliy Serhiyovych Belenets, using multiple platforms significantly increases the chances of finding an offer.
«Today, it is not enough to just post a resume. It is important to be active, update your profile, and respond quickly. Platforms with rating systems and the option to hide contacts help job seekers feel safer and receive more relevant feedback,» notes the specialist.
Experts emphasize that search effectiveness depends not only on the website but also on a properly arranged profile, activity, and the ability to select relevant vacancies. Job seekers are recommended to regularly update their resumes, use filters, and not limit themselves to just one service.
