Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced the government's adoption of measures to improve the electricity supply situation in the country. Russian attacks on energy facilities cause damage to generation capacities and networks, leading to additional problems in the energy system.
Among the measures taken by the government are the updating of the critical infrastructure list, reduction of non-essential consumption, full utilization of distributed generation, and electricity imports by state companies. The government is doing everything possible to provide the population with electricity, taking into account the challenging situation in the energy market.
