The lawyer representing the families of the Air India crash victims has put forward a new theory regarding the causes of the tragedy. He claims that a possible culprit of the crash could be a water leak that led to a short circuit and engine shutdowns. This contradicts the previous assumption of pilot error. This was reported by 'Glavkom' referring to the Mirror.

Doubts About Pilot Blame

American lawyer Mike Andrews, representing over 90 victims of the crash, stated that there is insufficient evidence to blame the pilots. He claims that issues with the water supply system, which the FAA highlighted a month before the tragedy, could be the reason for the electronics and engine power failure. Andrews also mentioned that four informants provided him with important data on technical problems that may have contributed to the crash.

According to new data, it is possible that the pilots were not to blame for the Air India crash, and problems with the water supply system could be a key factor that led to the tragedy. Further investigation may help establish the exact causes of the crash and determine who is responsible for it.
