Border crossing points in Ukraine have resumed operations after a failure in the customs database. According to the State Border Guard Service, as of 16:20 on Saturday, November 8, the database of the State Customs Service of Ukraine is operational again.

Customs employees are once again processing vehicles in the usual manner, but the reasons for the database failure are not currently disclosed. Earlier in the day, the processing of citizens and vehicles entering and exiting Ukraine was temporarily suspended.

«The Telegraph's information about the exit of 100,000 men aged 18-22 from Ukraine in the last two months is not accurate. The Polish Border Guard indicated that these data do not account for the return of individuals to Ukraine, and that one person may have crossed the border several times,» reports «Glavkom» referring to BBC.

Spokesman for the Polish Border Guard, Andrzej Juźwiak, emphasized that from August 26 to October 26, 2025, over 98,500 checks were conducted on Ukrainian male citizens aged 18-22 who entered Poland at all external sections of the state border.

After the temporary halt of operations due to the database failure, border crossing points in Ukraine are once again accepting citizens and vehicles in the usual manner. In this regard, the restoration of the customs database will facilitate smooth border crossing and avoid unforeseen situations.
