Financial Performance Analysis of Healthcare Companies in 2025

The leading healthcare companies in Ukraine demonstrated strong financial growth in 2025. According to the Opendatabot Index, the combined revenue of the top ten firms reached 17.91 billion hryvnias, marking a 23% increase from the previous year. The medical center Dobrobut-poliklinika led the ranking with revenue of 4.23 billion hryvnias, accounting for 24% of the top ten's total. This growth reflects a broader trend of investment and demand in Ukraine's private healthcare sector.

Dobrobut-poliklinika saw its revenue grow by 27% year-on-year, achieving a profit of 533.4 million hryvnias. In second place was the laboratory network Dila, with revenue of 3.58 billion hryvnias—a 30% increase. Dila's profit stood at 155.3 million hryvnias, and the company paid over 593 million hryvnias in taxes for 2025.

Third place was held by Sinevo Ukraine, which reported revenue of 3.27 billion hryvnias, a 39% rise, and a profit of 216.9 million hryvnias. Together with Sinevo Skhid, the company's combined revenue reached 4.18 billion hryvnias, representing 23% of the ranking's total. Smartlab took fourth place with revenue of 1.49 billion hryvnias, up 28%, while CSD LAB ranked fifth with revenue of 1.16 billion hryvnias, a 35% increase.

Biofarma Plazma, in seventh place, posted revenue of 891.6 million hryvnias, a significant 45% growth, with its profit rising by 41%. Dim Medytsyny (formerly Odrex) ranked eighth, though its revenue declined by 24%. Ninth place belonged to Neomed 2007 (the Maty ta Dytyna network), and the tenth spot was taken by Medics-ray International Group with revenue of 724.6 million hryvnias. It is noteworthy that the company Eskulab was excluded from the ranking due to its failure to submit timely financial reports.

National 'Health Screening 40+' Program

In 2025, the Ministry of Health launched the national 'Health Screening 40+' program, aimed at the early detection of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, as well as supporting mental health.

These financial results indicate a growing demand for medical services in Ukraine, a trend potentially linked to the activation of state healthcare initiatives. The introduction of the 'Health Screening 40+' program, for instance, may further drive demand for medical services, positively impacting company financials in the future. The healthcare market is showing robust growth rates, creating favorable conditions for the sector's continued development.

As the private healthcare sector in Ukraine continues to thrive, the government's initiatives also play a crucial role in enhancing access to medical care. Recently, the expansion of the 'Affordable Medicines' program aims to introduce 37 new drugs, further supporting the growth of healthcare services and affordability for citizens. This strategic move underscores the ongoing commitment to improving healthcare accessibility in the country.
