Ukrainian industry continues to operate under the conditions of war: after the recovery of 2023-2024, in the first half of 2025, some sectors have again declined, but certain areas show stable growth. Against this backdrop, Inkorr has formed a rating of the best employers in the industry of Ukraine for 2025.
Rating of the Best Employers in the Industry 2025
Despite a decline in industrial production by 3.9% in the first half of the year, the sector retains its workforce potential, while some companies strengthen their positions in the labor market. The list of the best includes three major employers:

Metinvest — one of the largest metallurgical groups in Ukraine. The company's enterprises operate even in frontline regions, preserving jobs and ensuring stable salaries. Actively investing in modernization and safety.

Interpipe — an international industrial company that produces steel pipes and railway wheels. Despite difficult conditions, it continues export deliveries, updates equipment, and offers employees extended social packages.

JTI Ukraine — part of Japan Tobacco International. The company has a modern production facility in Kremenchuk, has been listed among the best employers in the country for many years, and invests in staff training and development.
State of the Industry of Ukraine in 2025
According to official data from the State Statistics Service, in 2024, the industry grew by 3.6%, although the rates were lower than in 2023. However, the first half of 2025 proved to be more challenging — the overall decline was 3.9%.
Some sectors experienced deeper declines: the extraction industry — minus 12.6%, energy — minus 1.6%, manufacturing industry — minus 0.6%.
Nevertheless, in June 2025, certain areas showed growth:

production of computers and electronics — +62.4%

pharmaceuticals — +36.6%

rubber and plastic products — +13%

furniture — +12.1%

machine engineering — +2.9%

metallurgy — +7.5%.
The volume of industrial products sold in the first half of the year reached 1,974.5 billion UAH, of which 346.7 billion UAH fell to exports.
