Reserv+ introduces online deferral for single parents: how to obtain it

Reserv+ впроваджує можливість онлайн-відтермінування для батьків-одинаків: деталі отримання допомоги.

The 'Reserv+' application has introduced a convenient online deferral for parents who raise children on their own. It can be obtained if one parent has died or lost parental rights. This news was reported by 'Glavkom', informing about it from the Ministry of Defense.

How to use the online deferral:

  • Submit a request in the 'Reserv+' application.

  • The system will check the information in state registries.

  • If everything is confirmed, the deferral is automatically granted, and data about it appears in the electronic military document.

«This process is fully automated, usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours and does not require submitting certificates or visiting offices. 'Reserv+' allows you to receive decisions transparently and without the risk of manipulation», it is stated in the announcement.

According to the press service of the Ministry, to obtain such a deferral, one needs to have up-to-date information about the child in the State Register of Civil Status Acts, as well as information about the death or loss of parental rights of one parent. If this information is missing, one must contact any office of records of civil status acts with the necessary documents.

Recently, the 'Reserv+' application added another 10 types of online deferrals. It is also worth noting that the Ministry of Defense is keeping up with the times, announcing beta testing of new categories of deferrals from mobilization, which will soon also become available for processing through the 'Reserv+' application.

The 'Reserv+' company introduces online deferral for parents raising children alone through the application. The process of processing the deferral is automated and quick, which will ease the lives of many parents. Also, in the future, it is planned to expand the application capabilities for obtaining other types of deferrals from mobilization.
