Russian troops attacked Ukrainian cities
On the night of August 21, Russian troops launched a rocket strike on Lutsk in the Volyn region, using rockets and drones. The mayor of the city, Ihor Polishchuk, reported that fortunately, no one was injured.
«Today we felt the enemy's attack again with the help of drones and rockets. We thank the defenders of the city for their work. Fortunately, we have no casualties or injuries», - noted the mayor.
Also, on the night of August 21, the Russian army struck Western Ukraine, attacking Transcarpathia and Mukachevo. As a result of the rocket strike in Mukachevo, a fire broke out, and there are injuries. The local council calls on citizens to be careful and to refrain from going outside without urgent need.
The terrorist army of Russia also attacked Zaporizhia, causing damage to industrial facilities and civilian buildings. In Lviv, there are injuries and damaged houses as a result of rocket fire.
The events that took place indicate the escalation of the military conflict between Ukraine and Russia. Russian troops continue attacks on peaceful cities in Ukraine, suffering material and human losses.
