Drone Attacks Hit Khmelnytskyi and Kryvyi Rih
In the early hours of April 1, Russian drones struck the Ukrainian cities of Khmelnytskyi and Kryvyi Rih. According to Serhiy Tyurin, head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration, the attack in Khmelnytskyi ignited a fire at an industrial facility. These latest strikes follow a series of attacks on Kryvyi Rih on March 27 and 28. On March 27, around 9:00 PM, the city was hit by Iranian-made 'Shahed' drones, damaging industrial and energy infrastructure.
Vilkul stated that the March 28 attack resulted in fatalities:
- Two men were killed;
- Two others were injured.
An industrial plant was damaged and fires broke out. The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanha, confirmed the consequences of this attack.
