Widespread Russian Assault Targets Ukraine

In Dnipro, the attack halted heating for 10,000 customers. Workers are activating an alternative heat supply source and deploying modular boiler units for social service facilities.
Across all affected areas, utility crews, emergency services, and energy workers are engaged in efforts to restore heat and water supplies.
