Russian Strike Destroys Major Roshen Chocolate Factory Warehouse in Yahotyn

Roshen Logistics Center Targeted in Overnight Attack

Russian forces struck a logistics center for the Roshen chocolate factory in Yahotyn overnight on February 7, almost completely destroying its largest warehouse of finished products. No employees were harmed in the attack. This assault was part of a combined strike on Ukraine's critical infrastructure, which began on the evening of February 6 and continued through the night. Ukrainian air defense forces successfully intercepted 406 out of 477 hostile targets. The Roshen brand is one of Eastern Europe's largest confectionery producers, making it a significant economic target.

Widespread Damage Across Multiple Ukrainian Regions

In a separate incident in the Kyiv region on February 7, a warehouse fire was ignited by an enemy drone attack. The Rivne region recorded a strike on an apartment building and damage to critical infrastructure. Critical infrastructure was also damaged in the Volyn region. The Ivano-Frankivsk region was hit by cruise missiles and drones. A series of secondary explosions were recorded in Burshtyn, and explosions also occurred in Vinnytsia, where an educational institution was damaged.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the enemy directed drones at a utility company in Dnipro, damaging buildings, trolleybuses, and other vehicles. The Khmelnytskyi region also suffered a combined missile and drone attack, which left one man wounded.
