The removal of responsibility for war crimes by the Russian State Duma for its military actions in the occupied Ukrainian territories should not go unanswered by the international community.

In this way, the Russian Federation aims to legalize looting, murders, and rapes of Ukrainians by Russian invaders. This was stated on Twitter by the advisor to the President's Office, Mykhailo Podolyak.

According to him, such steps by Russia prove the necessity of creating a special international tribunal.

'The State Duma's removal of accountability for crimes in the occupied territories, committed 'in the interests of Russia,' is a de facto legalization of looting, rapes, and murders as the main tools of the Russian state. Now do you understand why an international special tribunal is needed?', Podolyak emphasized.

Russia must accept the new reality. This is a loss of reputation and military defeats. Such advice was given to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and his representative Dmitry Peskov by Mykhailo Podolyak, advisor to the President's Office.

The end of the war in Ukraine depends on several factors. If we analyze the situation from both a psychological and mathematical perspective, this may happen in the spring or summer of 2023, stated Mykhailo Podolyak in a comment to 'RBK-Ukraine.'
