Due to the full mobilization carried out in the Russian Federation, Ukraine must be prepared for any actions from the aggressor state.
Among them, a new offensive by Russian troops is possible. This was stated by the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Andriy Yusov, in the live national telethon, as reported by Gazeta.ua.
According to him, further offensive actions by the Russian Federation are possible using the new mobilized reserve.

‘The comprehensive mobilization carried out in the Russian Federation provides additional human resources, which will be used as cannon fodder. We are dealing with a numerically larger army of a state that is both an aggressor and a terrorist. Therefore, we must be ready,’ said Yusov.
He also commented on the conditions for negotiations with Russia. According to the GUR representative, this can only happen after the withdrawal of all Russian troops from Ukraine, the compensation for all losses, and bringing criminals to justice. Additionally, after transferring nuclear weapons under international control. Only then can certain security guarantees for Russia be possible.
‘Similar to the Budapest memorandum. But since such guarantees will be provided by civilized countries, including Ukraine, they will be upheld,’ Yusov added.
The Russians are preparing about 200,000 new soldiers for aggression against Ukraine. The Russian enemy will once again march on Kyiv. This was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, in an interview with the British publication The Economist.
The United States does not see signs of a Russian offensive preparation towards Kyiv. However, they are closely monitoring the situation, said John Kirby, a representative of the White House National Security Council, at a briefing.
