Russia is actively waging a hybrid war against Western countries, trying to create uncertainty and disagreements among allies. The head of the Danish Defence Intelligence Service, Thomas Arentkild, noted that the Kremlin aims to reduce support for Ukraine and damage its economy. He emphasized that Russia is using new methods of influence, attempting to demonstrate military power without direct involvement in the conflict.
«Russia wants us to believe in the inevitable threat of war, and they want us to live with this fear», - said Arentkild.
At the same time, the Czech Republic supports Ukraine and advocates for strengthening sanctions against Russia. Even despite some negative opinions regarding the «Czech ammunition initiative», the current authorities of the country emphasize the importance of continuing this support, as it pertains to the security of all of Europe. The Czech Minister of Foreign Affairs also expressed support for strengthening sanctions against Russia due to its provocative behavior on the international stage.
Russia is employing hybrid methods of influence, trying to spread uncertainty among allies and harm Ukraine, while the Czech Republic continues to support Ukraine and advocates for strengthening sanctions against Russia, raising concerns about the security of the entire region.
