Imminent Danger to Fuel Stations
Russian military forces are preparing to strike gas stations in Sumy and several other Ukrainian regions. Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, has urged residents to temporarily avoid visiting gas stations and to stay away from these areas unless absolutely necessary. These safety measures come in response to the heightened threat of new attacks by the Russian army.
Recently, Russian troops attacked a gas station in Izium, Kharkiv region, killing one man and injuring three women aged 48, 42, and 39. Five vehicles were also damaged. This incident underscores the growing danger to civilians in regions under fire, highlighting the need for vigilance.
Strikes on Civilian Infrastructure
Over the past day, the enemy also targeted 56 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region using aircraft, drones, artillery, and multiple rocket launchers. These attacks resulted in one death and 16 injuries. The situation remains tense, and local residents are advised to follow the military administration’s safety recommendations closely.
The rising number of attacks on civilian sites like gas stations emphasizes the severe threat facing peaceful populations in conflict zones. The military administration’s calls for caution are critical for public safety, as such incidents can have deadly consequences.
With the escalation of hostilities in Zaporizhzhia region, the risk to local lives and health is increasingly evident, demanding stronger security measures and state support to protect civilians.
As the situation intensifies in the Sumy region, the recent deadly attacks on civilians in nearby Kharkiv highlight the urgent need for heightened awareness and safety measures.
