Strike on Civilian Infrastructure in Odesa Oblast
On June 19, Russian occupation forces carried out another attack on civilian infrastructure in the southern part of Odesa Oblast. The assault resulted in one fatality and left four others wounded. Emergency services are on site, working to manage the aftermath and document what officials describe as another war crime committed by the Russian Federation.
The target was a truck parking area. The strikes sparked a fire that engulfed empty fuel and gas tankers. Rescue teams quickly extinguished the blaze, according to Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration. One of the injured individuals was hospitalized.

Additionally, Russian drones struck a civilian vessel flying the Panamanian flag in the Black Sea. One crew member was killed, and two sailors were injured, one of them in serious condition. Kiper condemned the act as
“yet another cynical enemy attack on the civilian infrastructure of southern Odesa region.”
