Change in Tactics of Russian Occupiers in Eastern Ukraine
According to Ivan Shevtsov, head of the press service of the 15th mobile unit 'Steel Cord', Russian troops in the North-Slobodsky direction have changed their tactics and stopped using motor vehicles due to the success of Ukrainian FPV drones.
'Our FPV drone operators found that it is better to direct attacks at enemy fighters moving on motorcycles or ATVs, which is why the Russians decided to change their tactics,' explained Shevtsov. Now the enemy moves exclusively on foot.
Occupiers continue to attack in small groups of up to five people, focusing on the Khotyn and Yunakov territorial communities.
Data shows that over 80% of strikes against enemy equipment and personnel come from FPV drones. Ukrainian drones, including kamikaze drones and fiber-optic UAVs, effectively destroy enemy forces.
Struggle for Dominance in Drone Space
According to Shevtsov, the Russian side is actively developing its drone potential, attracting more operators and various types of UAVs. More and more drone skirmishes are occurring in the combat zone, where the success of operations is being determined.
This change in tactics indicates the adaptation of both sides to modern warfare conditions. Unmanned technologies are becoming a key success factor in contemporary hostilities, highlighting the effectiveness of the Ukrainian military.
The message reflects the change in tactics of Russian occupiers in Eastern Ukraine, who decided to stop using motor vehicles due to the success of Ukrainian FPV drones. Ukrainian drones have become a decisive factor for success in the conflict zone, necessitating constant development and modernization of the military-technical complex.
