Missile Attack on Kryvyi Rih
Russian forces launched a ballistic missile strike targeting the infrastructure of Kryvyi Rih. This information was reported by 'Hlavkom', citing Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council.
This assault on a major Ukrainian industrial city is part of a broader wave of attacks. In the early hours of February 16, the occupying forces also carried out a massive assault across Ukraine, employing a wide array of weaponry. Specifically, the attack involved:
- four 'Zircon' anti-ship missiles,
- one 'Iskander-M' ballistic missile,
- one Kh-31P guided air-to-surface missile,
- 62 attack drones.
One missile and nine attack drones successfully struck eight different locations. Additionally, falling debris from downed objects was recorded at two other sites. Information regarding three other hostile missiles is currently being verified.
