The median salary in Kyiv job vacancies reached 36 thousand hryvnias in July. Over the month, the figure increased by 1,000 hryvnias and over the year by 20%. Deficient technical specialists, logistics workers, and production employees are offered from 40 thousand. This is reported by Novyny.LIVE referring to Work.ua.
Which professions in Kyiv pay the best in July 2026
The highest salary among the listed specialties is offered to meat processors: 40,600 hryvnias. Over the year, the median amount in job vacancies increased by 47%. The calculation was based on 125 announcements published over the last three months.
Service engineers are offered an average of 40,500 hryvnias. Several other professions reached the 40,000 mark:

The salary of electricians increased over the year from 32,500 to 40 thousand hryvnias. Just in the last month, the offer increased by 2,500 hryvnias. There are also 20% more relevant vacancies in the market, confirming the high demand for such workers.
Dispatchers are also offered about 40 thousand hryvnias compared to 32,500 hryvnias last year. At the same time, the number of vacancies for dispatchers and their assistants has decreased by 6% over the year.
How the average salary in Kyiv has increased over the year
In July 2025, the median salary in capital job vacancies was 30 thousand hryvnias. Over the year, it added 6 thousand, or 20%. Compared to June 2026, the figure rose from 35 to 36 thousand hryvnias.

This figure reflects the current market offers, but actual income depends on experience, schedule, employment conditions, and the specific company.
