Logistics and Evacuation Missions with UGVs
In June, units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces carried out more than 16,600 logistics and evacuation missions using unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs). This figure represents an 18.6% increase compared to May, highlighting the growing effectiveness of UGVs in military operations. These robotic systems are becoming a critical asset on the battlefield, reducing risks to human soldiers.
UGVs are deployed for a range of essential tasks, including:
