On October 28, predominantly cloudy weather with rain is expected in Ukraine, locally heavy. This was reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
According to forecasters, it will rain at night in the east and southeast of the country, particularly in Luhansk and Donetsk regions where significant precipitation is possible. In the western regions, there will be light rains, while the rest of the territory will see no significant precipitation. During the day, the precipitation will spread across almost the entire territory of the country, except for eastern regions.
The wind will be from the west and southwest at 7–12 m/s, with gusts in the western regions reaching 15–20 m/s. The air temperature at night will range from +1 to +6°, and during the day – from +8 to +13°. It will be warmer in the south and southeast – up to +16°.
Weather in the Carpathians
In the Carpathians, complicated weather is expected: moderate wet snow and rain at night, and light wet snow and rain during the day. In some places, wet snow may adhere, and wind gusts will intensify to 17–22 m/s. The temperature in the mountains will fluctuate around 0° at night and 1–6° during the day.
