Alexander Syrsky, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, visited the Pokrovsk defense area in Donetsk region, where he met with commanders and examined the situation on the ground. The most challenging situation now is in several directions where the enemy is actively operating and looking for weak spots. To counteract enemy sabotage groups, appropriate reserves have been created. After discussing measures to strengthen the defense and other issues, the general expressed gratitude to the defenders for their courage.
The army leadership continues to act in several defense areas where the enemy is intensifying its actions. For example, in the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian servicemen are dealing with enemy sabotage groups but are ready for any encounters and active combat operations.
