Russian investigators want to issue an international wanted notice for the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov and the Governor of Dnipropetrovsk Igor Kolomoisky. This was reported by Russian news agency RIA Novosti.
According to the report, Russian investigators suspect them of organizing murder, using prohibited means and methods of warfare, kidnapping, and obstructing the activities of a journalist. This was stated by the official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia Vladimir Markin.
