Russian stormtroopers continue to attempt to cross the Oskil River on the Kupiansk front, but they are suffering serious losses. According to reports, up to 70% of enemy troops are dying even before reaching the right bank of the river.
Commander of the 429th Separate Drone Regiment 'Achilles' Yuriy Fedorenko reported that the occupiers are trying to paralyze Ukrainian logistics with artillery strikes on bridges. Crossings in the Kupiansk left bank area remain under constant pressure from drone and artillery attacks.
According to Fedorenko: 'Somewhere we have destruction, somewhere we manage to disable a gun by damaging it, and somewhere we force it to roll over to another place, to take a pause.'
After destroying the route through which the Russians were landing saboteurs near Kupiansk, they chose more difficult sections of the river for crossing. This tactic turned out to be catastrophic for them, as seven out of every ten Russian infantrymen are eliminated either on the left bank or during the crossing of the Oskil.
According to the commander of the 'Achilles' regiment: 'At the moment, we are effectively destroying the enemy that is moving.'
In the struggle on the Kupiansk front, Russian forces have suffered serious losses while trying to cross the Oskil River. Ukrainian forces continue to successfully counter the enemy, delivering effective strikes and preventing their crossing to the right bank. The situation remains tense, but the Ukrainian side is holding positions and inflicting significant losses on the enemy.
