Russian oligarch and associate of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, Konstantin Malofeev, stated that most Ukrainian schoolchildren in Kyiv speak Russian both in class and during breaks. The statement was made public in a Telegram channel, reported Glavcom.
According to an official survey in Ukraine, Malofeev said that 66% of Kyiv schoolchildren do not use the state language in class and 82% do not use it during breaks. A quarter of teachers in Kyiv conduct classes in a language other than Ukrainian.
