Second Application Phase Now Open
A new application window has opened for grants aimed at rebuilding and developing Ukraine's processing and manufacturing sector. This initiative is a key part of the nation's economic recovery strategy. In the first round of 2026, 140 applications were submitted, seeking nearly 865 million hryvnias. Among these, 6 applications specifically targeted the restoration of production facilities damaged by shelling. The applicant businesses were involved in producing:

- Construction materials
- Clothing
- Metal structures
- Sheet glass
- Printing and publishing
- Aircraft
- Plastic and wood products
The number of applications in the first round of 2026 saw a 21.7% increase compared to the same period last year. If all submitted applications meet the program's requirements, the combined public and private investment would total 1.6 billion hryvnias and create 1,377 new jobs. This grant program is a component of the broader 'Made in Ukraine' policy. Since the program's launch in July 2022, a total of 1,316 grants have been awarded, amounting to 6.7 billion hryvnias. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis in two-week cycles. Businesses can apply for grants through the Diia portal.
“If all applications meet the requirements, the state and businesses will jointly invest 1.6 billion hryvnias in the processing industry and create 1,377 jobs,” noted Oleksiy Sobolev, Ukraine's Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture.
