Ukrainian drivers may become targets of harsh penalties for violating traffic rules. In particular, drifting is set to incur fines of up to 17 thousand hryvnias and the loss of driving rights. This initiative was reported by Oleksii Biloshytskyi from the Patrol Police Department of Ukraine.
