Virkkunen emphasized that online consumer protection is extremely important for the European Union, and user safety in the digital environment should be a priority for regulation. It is also advisable to be cautious when purchasing from China and to avoid potentially dangerous or suspicious purchases.

The EU Commissioner urged the company to carefully assess and address these shortcomings in order to protect the rights and interests of European consumers in the digital space.
