Lviv Croissants topped the ranking of bakeries in Ukraine according to the Ukrainian Business Award, scoring 18.27 points. The top five also included 'Kulinichi', 'Your Lavash', 'Family Bakery', and 'Frans.ua'. The ranking reflects the positions of the brands against the backdrop of changes in bread prices, and its results were published by the Ukrainian Business Award.
1. Lviv Croissants - first place in the bakery ranking
The network scored 18.27 points - that's 100% of the leader's score in the ranking. Its recognizable format focuses on large croissants with various fillings: they can be taken as a sweet snack or as a full meal. Among the advantages of the brand are clear specialization and the ability to quickly grab a bite. The network also offers a discount on croissants for military personnel.
2. 'Kulinichi' - second place among bakeries in Ukraine
The brand scored 14.49 points, or 79.3% of the leader's score. Its strong point is a wide range of bakery and confectionery products: customers can choose between everyday bread, buns, and sweet pastries. The scale of production allows supplying products not only to its own sales points but also to stores.
3. 'Your Lavash' - third position in the ranking
The network scored 11.91 points - 65.2% of Lviv Croissants' score. It stands out for its focus on lavash and baked goods, as well as a broader menu of savory and sweet products. This format is suitable for both a quick snack and a hearty meal. An additional advantage is the combination of a bakery with ready-made dishes and sauces.
4. 'Family Bakery' takes fourth place
The network's score is 11.14 points, or 61% of the leading score. The brand bets on products that are familiar for everyday demand: bread, pies, and other classic pastries. Such an assortment and the accessible format of the establishments help cover a wide audience - from buyers who take bread home to those looking for a snack on the go.
5. 'Frans.ua' closes the top five best bakeries
The network scored 10.52 points - 57.6% of the winner's score. Its format combines a bakery and a café, so here you can not only buy pastries but also stop for coffee. Various types of bread and both savory and sweet products allow for both daily purchases and snacks. The work of bakeries is also affected by production costs, including prices for fuel and raw materials.
