Dmitry distinguished himself with his bravery during the defense of Donetsk airport, where he commanded a platoon of paratroopers. On the eve of their great victory, on January 20, Ukrainian troops captured two strategically important enemy artillery positions.
Today, while remembering Dmitry Taritin, we not only honor his memory as a true hero and patriot of Ukraine, but also remember all the other Ukrainians who gave their lives in the war. Their deeds and selflessness will always remain in the hearts of all caring citizens of the country.
