Mosquitoes have been found in the UK that may be carriers of three dangerous diseases. This information was published by dailymail.co.uk, citing UKHSA.

UKHSA specialists reported that the eggs of both mosquito species were found near Heathrow Airport and along the M20 motorway, but so far they have not been registered in the UK.

Mosquitoes can carry dengue fever, chikungunya, and Zika. Scientists note that climate change is contributing to the spread of these mosquitoes, which previously lived in Africa and Asia but are now spreading to Southern and Central Europe. Currently, they do not pose a threat to public health, but it is important to monitor the situation. It is likely that the mosquitoes reached the country in vehicles from Europe, however, the likelihood of their spreading in the UK is considered minimal.

In the Land of Fog, mosquitoes carrying three deadly diseases have been discovered. Scientists are monitoring the situation, but currently, there is no threat. Mosquitoes may have entered the country from Europe, but the likelihood of their spreading is considered low.
