There is a possibility of prisoner exchanges between Ukraine and Russia based on the 'all for all' formula.

This was hinted at by the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Mirjana Spoljaric-Egger, as reported by Sky News.

An all-for-all exchange is a well-known practice. It has happened before.

'Regarding the 'all for all' exchange, this has happened in the past, it is a known practice, and it can happen in the Russian-Ukrainian international conflict. Therefore, this possibility certainly exists and can be utilized by the parties involved,' she stated.

On December 14, another prisoner exchange took place. 64 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were released from Russian captivity.

The previous exchange occurred on December 6.

Ukrainians in captivity may be exchanged for detained representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church in Ukraine, as previously mentioned by Yusov.
