It is again possible to order a technical passport and re-register a vehicle online in Diia from October 15. This information was received from the press service on Telegram from UkrAvtoprom.
'Due to the new tariff for forms, the cost of two driver services has been updated, namely: vehicle re-registration and technical passport change. The Ministry of Internal Affairs service center has prepared for the changes and updated the system - and now everything is working again in Diia'
Ukrainians have already noticed that the new tariffs have significantly affected the cost of services. For example, now for vehicle re-registration and obtaining a technical passport, one will have to pay according to the new prices.
Prices for Services
Re-registration costs 350 hryvnias, plus a fee for a physical or digital certificate.
- Physical certificate: 606 hryvnias (digital is free).
A combination of numbers may be free or cost up to 360 hryvnias. If you choose a paid combination, the price may vary from 2000 to 80000 hryvnias. Payment for physical plates and their delivery through Ukrposhta is also provided.
Replacing the Technical Passport
- Plastic + digital: 956 hryvnias.
- Digital: 350 hryvnias.
It should also be remembered that when first registering a passenger car in the name of the buyer in Ukraine, one must pay a fee to the Pension Fund, which depends on the cost of the vehicle.
The ability to order a technical passport and re-register a vehicle online has been restored in Diia. The prices for services have changed, which should be taken into account when planning procedures with a vehicle online.
