Scheduled Technical Maintenance in Kyiv
Starting at 10:00 PM on September 29, Kyiv will undergo technical maintenance triggered by recent enemy strikes targeting data centers. These necessary operations may cause temporary disruptions in public transport payment systems. The maintenance is expected to continue into the first half of September 30.
Passengers are advised to pay for rides using bank cards or purchase tickets before 10:00 PM on September 29 to avoid inconvenience. Tickets bought prior to the maintenance window will remain valid during and after the work. However, tickets acquired during the maintenance period won’t be validated immediately but will be preserved for use once the systems are restored.

From October 1, Kyiv will introduce a new Medical Information Service designed to provide residents with up-to-date details on healthcare facilities and services. In response to security concerns, Taras Shevchenko National University is moving classes online. Additionally, nearly 60,000 Kyiv residents are set to receive one-time financial support ahead of Ukraine’s Defenders Day.
