In Kyiv, 5 bus routes will change their route due to fairs on the weekend

In Kyiv on February 7 and 8, five bus routes will operate with changes due to the food fairs taking place on several streets of the city. Temporary adjustments will be in effect from the beginning of transport operation until the completion of sales. This is reported by Kyivpasstrans.

According to Kyivpasstrans, on Saturday, February 7, the changes will affect buses No. 98 and No. 110, and on Sunday, February 8, routes No. 31, No. 110, and No. 112 will be altered. The fairs are planned on the streets of Serhiy Lyfair, Tatarska, and Ihor Yukhnovskyi, according to the Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development, Kyiv City State Administration.

Changes in bus routes in Kyiv on February 7

On Saturday, bus No. 98 will detour via Budyshchanska, Honoré de Balzac, Oleksandra Ekster, Chervonoy Kalyny Avenue, and Serhiy Lyfair street.

Bus No. 110 will travel directly via Radunskaya, Hradynska, Honoré de Balzac, Oleksandra Ekster and Chervonoy Kalyny Avenue, further on to the metro station Ploshcha Ukrayinskykh Heroyiv. On the return trip, it will operate via Radunskaya, Liskivska and Myloslavska streets.

How buses will operate on February 8

On Sunday, bus No. 31 from the Polytechnic Institute metro station will go via Beresteysky Avenue, Bohdan Havrylyshyn, Dovnar-Zapolsky, Dehtyarivska, Belaruska, and Derevlyanska streets to Tatarska street.

Buses No. 110 and No. 112 will go to Ihor Yukhnovskyi street, then return to their standard route, with no changes in the opposite direction.

Previously, transport routes have been altered multiple times in the capital due to fairs. In January, changes affected nine routes in different city areas. Passengers are advised to plan their trips in advance and take potential delays into account.

 

Recall that special passes for public transport may be reinstated: the authorities are planning emergency measures.
