In Lutsk, the number of residents' appeals regarding public transport significantly increased in June. The Center for Administrative Services received 89 complaints, which is nearly 54% more than the previous month. Most often, Lutsk residents reported issues with schedules, long intervals, and faulty air conditioners.

Complaints about public transport in Lutsk: what concerns passengers the most
The situation was reported during an extended meeting at the city council by the director of the Center for Administrative Services, Larysa Karp'yak.
According to her, in June, the Center received 89 appeals, while in May there were 58. This indicates a noticeable increase in the number of complaints about the city's transport.
Passengers most often complained about:

the absence of route buses during morning and evening hours;

long intervals between trips;

failure to adhere to approved schedules;

non-working air conditioners;

failures in the operation of electronic information boards.

There was also a significant increase in complaints about the operations of the Lutsk Electric Transport Company.
As Larysa Karp'yak reported, in June, there were 47 appeals, while in previous months there were only 12.
The main reasons for dissatisfaction were changes in trolleybus schedules and the non-functioning air conditioners in the new rolling stock.
The city council noted that these issues were most often raised by residents during their appeals to the Center for Administrative Services.
