In Lviv, law enforcement has held a driver accountable for disturbing public order during a nationwide moment of silence on February 12. The incident occurred at 09:00 on Maloholoskivska Street, where a 58-year-old driver from the Ternopil region stopped his car to honor the memory of the fallen. In Ukraine, these daily moments of silence are a solemn tribute to those who have lost their lives in the ongoing conflict.

A man driving behind him began honking his horn and using profanity to demand that the road be cleared. Witnesses to the event recorded the driver's swearing and brazen behavior, which showed a disregard for the importance of the occasion. Officers from Police Department No. 1 of the Lviv District Directorate arrived at the scene and filed an administrative report under the article for petty hooliganism.
