In Moscow, on Yeletska Street, on December 24, two employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, who participated in the war against Ukraine, were liquidated. The attack occurred around one o'clock in the morning when a local resident threw an explosive package into a police car. As a result of the explosion, two police officers were seriously injured. The deceased police officers have been identified as Ilya Klimanov, 24 years old, and Maxim Gorbunov, 25 years old.

This incident occurred against the backdrop of other explosions, in particular, on December 22, an explosion occurred in Moscow involving the car of Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov, head of the Russian General Staff's operational training department.
