In August 2026, employers in the Ternopil region offer more than 2,600 vacancies, and salaries for certain positions reach 60,000 UAH. The most demanded workers are needed in industry, trade, healthcare, education, and the agricultural sector, writes OBOZ.UA.
According to the Ternopil Regional Employment Center, there are jobs available for both specialists with higher education and those in blue-collar professions. Among the most in-demand workers in August were drivers, doctors, salespeople, cooks, nurses, and teachers.
Who in Ternopil region is ready to pay up to 60,000 UAH
The highest salaries, ranging from 50,000 to 60,000 UAH, are offered by employers to qualified specialists and experienced workers. The list of such vacancies includes:
- repair masters;
- managers;
- concrete workers;
- electromechanics for elevators;
- grinders;
- drivers;
- machine and automatic line adjusters;
- installers of radio-electronic equipment;
- chief accountants.
Salaries from 40,000 to 48,300 UAH are offered to security guards, warehouse workers, agronomists, veterinarians, and production line operators in the food industry.
Representatives of various construction and technical professions can expect similar income. Among them are painters, plasterers, roofers, insulation system installers, excavator and crane operators, gas-welders, tractor operators, and warehouse managers.
Which vacancies offer salaries over 30,000 UAH
From 32,000 to 36,000 UAH, employers are willing to pay to diagnostics and adjustment masters of automotive electronic equipment, loaders, and mechanics repairing vehicles.
In this same range, there are vacancies for trolleybus drivers, lawyers, cash-in-transit officers, surveyors, electrical fitters, couriers, cooks, and machine adjustment mechanics.
Salaries of 30,000 to 31,800 UAH are offered to accountants, engineers, electricians, laboratory assistants, bakers, sales representatives, mechanics, system administrators, and forklift drivers.
The employment center explains that the actual salary depends on qualifications, experience, specialization, and responsibilities of the employee. Higher rates are usually offered where the work involves complex equipment, responsibility for production processes, safety of people, or finances.
It is noteworthy that the average salary in Ukraine has increased by 6,000 UAH over the year and currently stands at 30,000 UAH. The highest salaries are offered by employers to managers, international transport drivers, programmers, and other scarce specialists.
